First Download the latest version of cheat engine from here http://cheatengine.org/downloads.php
Open GTA 5 game and start a new game or continue the old game.
Click the process button on the top left of the cheat engine which has the small icon of a computer
In that list select GTA 5 game
Now go to the game and check ur money if you dont have money make some.
Now go to cheat engine and enter the money in the small text box on the right and click first scan
Now on left you will see the list of values.Now go to the game and spend some money.
After spending some money check ur balance and go back to cheat engine to find the amount on the list which was changed to new one .\
Double click it and u can see the value is shown in the other box.Click the value in the other box and click enter button.
Change the value to ur desired amount and you will et that much money.
